What we collect

What we collect, and why

Messages. Our contact form does not send anything from this website. It opens WhatsApp (or, without JavaScript, your email app) with your name, phone number, email, treatment and message filled in. Nothing reaches us until you press send there. We use your details only to reply to you.

News and offers. Joining our list opens WhatsApp (or your email app) with your request filled in. Once you send it, we use your email address only to send SHOW news and offers, because you asked. Unsubscribe any time.

WhatsApp, phone and email. When you contact us this way, we use your details and your message to reply.

Cookies and similar storage. Analytics, personal suggestions and marketing only run if you switch them on. The full list is in our cookie policy.

Bookings and treatments

When you book or visit

Online bookings are made on Fresha or Treatwell. They collect your booking details under their own privacy policies and share them with us, so we can look after your appointment.

For some treatments we ask about your health, for example on a consultation form. We use this only to keep your treatment safe and suitable for you, and we only share it if the law requires it or you ask us to.

How long

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need to reply and follow up. We keep your email for news and offers until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to get a copy to take elsewhere. Where you gave consent, you can take it back at any time.
