Why a package
Skin likes a rhythm
One facial feels lovely. A facial every month is what changes how your skin behaves, because each treatment builds on the last one instead of starting again.
The same is true of massage. Tension that took months to build does not leave in a single hour.
A package makes that rhythm easy to keep. It is already paid for, your slot is already held, and you pay less for every visit.

Package questions
Can I share my package with someone else?
No. A package is for one person. If you would like to treat someone else, a gift voucher is the better choice.
What if I miss a month?
Nothing is lost, as long as you use all your sessions before the end date. Four sessions run for six months, six sessions for nine months. That leaves room for a holiday or a busy spell.
Can I swap a treatment?
Your package covers the treatments named on it. Swapping to a different or dearer treatment is not included, but you can pay the difference on the day. Just ask when you book.
I am a SHOW Connect member. Do I get 20% off as well?
No. A package is already a lower price, so member discounts and other offers do not stack on top. Your membership still saves you 20% on everything you book outside the package.
What if I change my mind?
If you bought online and have not used a session, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. After your first session we cannot refund the package, but please talk to us. If something has changed we will do our best to help.
Can I buy a package for HIFU or medical aesthetics?
Not at the moment. Packages cover facials and massage. For HIFU and medical aesthetics, start with a free consultation.
The details
- Packages are paid in full before your first session.
- A package is for one named person and cannot be shared, split or transferred.
- Four-session packages are valid for six months from the day you buy. Six-session packages are valid for nine months.
- Sessions are booked in advance. Please give us 24 hours of notice to move an appointment. A session missed without notice counts as used.
- Packages cannot be combined with SHOW Connect, monthly memberships, gift voucher offers or any other discount.
- The extra LED light therapy and lymphatic facial massage apply to six-session packages only.
- Bought online and not started? You have 14 days to cancel for a full refund. Once your first session is taken, the package is non-refundable.
- Packages do not cover medical aesthetic treatments or HIFU.
- Savings are measured against our standard menu prices, checked October 2026.
