What is a glass skin facial?
“Glass skin” is a Korean beauty idea: skin so smooth, clear and hydrated that it seems to catch the light.
Our Korean Glass Skin Facial brings that idea into one calm hour. It combines Korean skincare products with hydra-dermabrasion: a deep cleanse with aqua suction, pore extraction, then ampoules and a fusing serum chosen for your skin.
New Malden is well known for its Korean community, shops and restaurants. This facial brings the same love of gentle, layered skincare to our studio on Kingston Road.
A facial will not change your skin type. It can leave your skin feeling soft and looking fresher and more hydrated.

Ampoules and a fusing serum, chosen for your skin, finish with a layer of hydration.

Preparation & aftercare
Prep & aftercare
Before your visit
- Come as you are. Every treatment starts with a gentle cleanse.
- Tell us about the skincare you use, especially retinol or exfoliating acids.
- Let us know if you are pregnant, or about any health conditions or medication.
- Avoid facial waxing, peels or sunburn in the days before your visit.
After your visit
- Expect a soft, healthy flush at first. It soon settles.
- If you can, leave your skin free of make-up for the rest of the day.
- Use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser, and wear SPF every day.
- Message us if anything worries you. We are happy to help.

Glass skin questions
What does “glass skin” mean?
It describes skin that looks very smooth, clear and hydrated, almost like glass. Everyone’s skin is different, so we adapt the facial to yours on the day.
How is it different from the Hydra Signature Glow?
Both take 60 minutes. The Hydra Signature Glow (£130) is our signature hydra facial, with a deep cleanse, gentle extraction and rich hydration. The Korean Glass Skin Facial (£85) adds Korean ampoules and a fusing serum. Not sure? Start with a free skin consultation.
Does it hurt?
It should feel gentle and relaxing. Aqua suction feels like cool, light suction on the skin. Tell us at any time if something feels uncomfortable.
Can I wear make-up afterwards?
If you can, leave your skin free of make-up for the rest of the day. If you have plans, tell us and we will advise you on the day.
